2024 In Person Proctored Anatomy and Physics Exam was held on Saturday 22nd June 2024 at Cliftons Sydney, Margaret St
Next Exam Date: Saturday 21st June 2025 (TBC)
Duration: 9am – 12pm (Anatomy 3 hr MCQ exam) & 1pm – 4pm (Physics 3 hr MCQ exam)
Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of your exam
Please bring photo ID such as drivers licence
Location: Cliftons Sydney, Margaret St, NSW
A certificate with your exam(s) score and rank will be emailed to you within 2 weeks of the exam

3-hour Anatomy MCQ Exam (9am – 12pm) will include:
180 MCQs
Approximate questions based on topic:
Brain 20%,
Head & Neck 15%
Thorax 15%
Abdomen and Pelvis 25%
Limbs 15%
Spine 10%
The exam will include some labeling-related questions of CT, MRI, XR, fluorosocopy/DSA images

This is a closed book exam.
Your individual score and rank will be emailed to you within 2 weeks of the exam
No individual answers or explanation of the answers will be provided after the exam.

Within 5 days after receiving their results, candidates will be able to “opt out” to withhold their results from RANZCR Directors of Training or Educational Support Officers.
Original scores and ranks will remain unchanged however the names of those who “opt out” will not be disclosed to RANZCR Directors of Training or Educational Support Officers.
RANZCR Directors of Training and Educational Support Officers in Australia & New Zealand are able to email us to confirm the score and rank of candidates as well as request the complete list of exam candidates and their results.
This exam does not guarantee entry into radiology training as that decision is made by the RANZCR Directors of Training

In Person Marked Proctored Exam held once a year in NSW
Curriculum: RANZCR Phase 1 Anatomy and AIT Curriculum
Some of the topics covered in the 2025 and previous Anatomy/ Physics Courses may be asked in the upcoming In Person Exam. However, there will also be some questions which have not been covered in our previous courses or available on our website practice questions
Labeling, variants and embryology-related anatomy questions will be asked in MCQ format.

This Marked Exam does not provide access to the Online Mock Exam (for accredited radiology registrars with answers explained afterwards), 2023/2024/2025 Anatomy or Physics Lectures & Quizzes, Online Practice Questions and Answers, Anatomy Labeling or Physics MCQs.

A confirmation email and tax receipt will be emailed to you after payment.

Recommended textbooks include Hollingshead’s, Gray’s and Last’s Anatomy
Curriculum: RANZCR Part 1 Anatomy and AIT Syllabus
3. Attend the Marked Proctored Exam at Cliftons Sydney Margaret St NSW
The exam will be held in person at Cliftons Sydney Margaret St, NSW on Saturday
Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of your exam
Please bring photo ID such as drivers licence or passport
4. Your exam mark & rank will be emailed to you within 2 weeks after the exam
You will be able to Opt Out of your rank and mark being shared with Directors of Training and Educational Support Officers within 5 days after the results being emailed to you
