 1:00pm – 4:00pm (Physics 3 hr MCQ exam)

 1:00pm – 4:00pm (Anatomy 3 hr MCQ exam – Sitting B)

3-hour Anatomy MCQ Exam will include:

180 MCQs

Approximate questions based on topic:

Brain 20%,

Head & Neck 15%

Thorax 15%

Abdomen and Pelvis 25%

Limbs 15%

Spine 10%

The exam will include some labeling-related questions of CT, MRI, XR, fluorosocopy/DSA images

Labelling, variants and embryology-related anatomy questions will be asked in MCQ format..

This is a CLOSED book exam.

Invigilators will be present during the exam.

You will be allocated to your own computer during the exam.

No individual answers or explanation of the answers will be provided after the exam.

Exam Results includes your raw score, percentile and rank compared to other exam attendees

Within 5 days after receiving their results, candidates will be able to “opt out” to withhold their name from the exam results list.

Original scores and ranks will remain unchanged however the names of those who “opt out” will not be disclosed.

This exam does not guarantee entry into accredited radiology training as that decision is made by the RANZCR Directors of Training

 Supervisors, RANZCR Directors of Training and Educational Support Officers involved in assessing and hiring accredited radiology registrars as well as radiology and nuclear medicine unaccredited registrars and SRMOs in Australia & New Zealand are able to email us to confirm the score and rank of candidates as well as request the complete list of exam candidates and their results (of those who did not Opt-Out).
